【新型コロナウィルス感染拡大防止対策　安全・安心への取り組み】
barhotel箱根香山ではお客様ならびに従業員の健康と安全のため、またお客様に安心してお越しいただけるよう、衛生管理に対する基準をより高めた下記取り組みを実施してまいります。

①　従業員
・出社時に検温と記録確認を実施し、発熱、咳、倦怠感が認められる場合は、出勤を禁止しております。
・マスクの着用および一部スタッフによる衛生手袋の着用を行います。
・日頃より、手指洗浄、消毒、うがい等を徹底し、体調管理を徹底しております。

②　ご宿泊
・ご来館時のマスク着用、アルコール消毒にご協力ください。
・ご到着時に健康チェックシート（海外渡航歴の確認等）へのご記入および検温をお願いしております。
・ルームキー、レセプションデスク、筆記具などの頻繁な清拭消毒を徹底します。
・スタッフがお客様のお荷物・お車をお預かりする際には、手指消毒または手袋着用を徹底いたします。
・お客様との接触時間を減らすため、お部屋への案内はご希望があった場合のみ実施いたします。
・ご宿泊滞在中はスタッフの入室を控え、ご連泊のお客様へはご要望に応じた清掃を実施いたします。

③　館内共用エリア
・ホテルエントランス、カウンター、化粧室内には手指消毒剤を設置しております。
・館内共用部（共用トイレのドアノブなど）の消毒・除菌を30分毎に実施いたします。
・館内の化粧室には、すべてハンドタオル等を設置しております。

④　客室
・ドアノブ、客室内のリモコン、電話機、ドライヤー、スイッチ等は清掃時に除菌を徹底しております。
・客室内のコップ等については、消毒済であることをご確認頂けるように致します。
・客室清掃時は、窓を開け換気を行い、衛生管理をしております。
・貸出し備品類は、ご要望後に部屋までお届けいたします。

・アルコールウエットシート（個包装）をご用意しております。

⑤　bar、ラウンジエリア
・barカウンター、ラウンジは、間隔を空けて配置し、テーブル、いすの消毒を実施しております。
・お箸やフォーク・ナイフ類は、予めのセッティングはせず、スタッフがお持ち致します。
・食器・グラス・カトラリー類は80度以上の高温洗浄を実施しております。

⑥　大浴場
・ロッカー数を制限し、同時にご利用いただける人数に制限をしております。
・ドアノブ、セキュリティロック、ロッカー、またドライヤーなどの備品類の清拭消毒を適宜実施致します。
・浴室内および脱衣室は、定期的な換気をおこなっております。

なお、引き続き状況の変化に応じて適宜対応を検討してまいります。

【Measures to Prevent the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus】

barhotel HAKONE KAZAN has put in place initiatives to ensure the safety and security for all our guests and staff.
The efforts listed below are to promote enhanced standards for hygiene management and ensure peace of mind to our guests.

1. Employees
・We will conduct temperature screenings with every employee and record the results from these screenings when they arrive and leave from work. Employees arriving to work with symptoms of a fever, coughing, or fatigue will be prohibited from entering.

・We will require all employees to wear masks and that some staff wear sanitary gloves.

・We will enforce regular hand washing, disinfection, gargling, and overall personal hygiene management on a routine basis.

2. Lodging
・When entering the building, we ask for your cooperation by wearing a mask at all times and disinfecting your hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

・Upon arrival, please conduct a body temperature test, then fill out a health check sheet in regards to confirming any prior overseas travel, etc.).

・To avoid unnecessary crowding during check-in procedures at the desk, we will work towards accommodating one group at a time. We will request that the next guests wait seated in the lobby.

・ We will enforce frequent cleaning and disinfection of card keys, the front desk, writing instruments, etc.

・When our staff members are handling customer luggage or vehicles, we will do so wearing clean gloves or disinfect our hands using hand sanitizer.

・In order to limit direct contact with customers, guidance or assistance to your room will only be done upon request.

・Throughout your stay, staff members will refrain from entering guest rooms. For customers who are staying for consecutive nights, housekeeping will only be done upon request.

3. Common areas inside the Hotel
・Bottles of hand sanitizer are placed at the hotel entrance and counter, as well as inside restrooms.

・We will disinfect and sterilize common areas inside the building (shared restroom door knobs, etc.) every 30 minutes.

・Hand towels, etc. are placed inside all restrooms inside the Hotel.

4. Guest rooms
・ We will thoroughly disinfect door knobs, remote controls, telephones, dryers, switches, etc. in guest rooms, and will wrap all remote controls in individual packages.

・We will inform guests when cups, etc. in guest rooms have been sterilized.

・Some of the amenities used in guest rooms will be directly handed to guests at check-in.

・When cleaning guest rooms, windows will be opened to ventilate the air inside the room.

・Towels used for guest room cleaning and gloves worn by cleaning staff are changed after cleaning each room.

・Staff will no longer enter guest rooms to provide room service, and will instead hand over items at the door.

・Rental equipment items will be delivered to rooms upon request. At that time, staff will hang a bag containing the items on a door hook for pickup by guests.

・Individually-packed alcohol towelettes will be prepared for all of our guests.

5. Bar and lounge area
・At the bar counter and lounge, we have chairs set at spaced intervals and performs disinfection of tables and chairs regularly.

・We will not set out cutlery in advance. Our staff will provide these.

・We wash tableware, glasses, and cutlery at a temperature of 80°C or higher.

6. Large baths
・There is a limited number of lockers available. The number of guests who can use these lockers at the same time is also limited.

・We will properly clean and sterilize fixtures including door knobs, security locks, lockers, and dryers.

・We will regularly ventilate the bathing area and dressing rooms.
